Dr. Prendergast’s journey into the world of athletics began during her college years when she excelled as a track and field athlete at the Division 1 level. Her dedication, hard work, and talent led her to achieve remarkable milestones in her athletic career. Throughout her time as a student-athlete, she developed a deep appreciation for the human body’s resilience and the importance of proper care and support to optimize performance.
Chiropractic Specialization and Sports Injury:
After her successful career as a D1 athlete, Dr. Prendergast pursued her passion for understanding the human body further and enrolled in chiropractic school in France allowing to become bilingual in French and English. She completed her rigorous training to become a licensed chiropractor and focused her specialization on sports injury and rehabilitation. This unique combination of first-hand athletic experience and professional medical knowledge gives her a deep understanding of the challenges athletes face and the best ways to support their recovery and overall health. Before returning to Canada Dr. Prendergast was the team doctor for a semi-pro basketball team in Sceaux, France.

Determined to help athletes achieve their maximum potential, she delved into the field of holistic nutrition.
